The Language Teaching Application and Research Center (DİLMER) at Isparta University of Applied Sciences is dedicated to teaching Turkish as a foreign language and conducting academic studies in the field of language education. DİLMER offers Turkish language courses from A1 to C1 levels, as well as Turkish Proficiency Examinations and certification services. Our programs are designed to help learners develop the linguistic competence needed for academic, professional, and everyday communication. The curriculum is based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and aims to foster balanced development in all language skills.
